包種茶的製造過程
 
茶菁→日光萎凋或熱風萎凋→室內萎凋及攪拌→炒菁→揉捻→初乾或初焙→再乾或復焙→條型包種茶
Fresh leaves → Solar or Hot air Withering → Indoor (Partial Fermentation Process) →8-25% Fermented→Panning→ Rolling
 
茶菁→日光萎凋或熱風萎凋→室內萎凋及攪拌→炒菁→揉捻→初乾或初焙→團揉或復炒3-5回→再乾或復焙→半球型包種茶
Fresh leaves → Solar or Hot air Withering → Indoor (Partial Fermentation Process) →8-25% Fermented→Panning→ Rolling →Primary Drying→Ball Rolling →Re Drying→Paochong Tea
